At Fauteuil Boutique, we ensure your exquisite handcrafted furniture arrives with the same care and precision we put into creating it.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – €12.95
    • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over €50
  • Shipping Regions: Worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas)

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy reflects the same commitment to excellence that defines our Parisian craftsmanship.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact, protecting the chair as we do in our Paris workshop
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Fauteuils convertibles (due to their customized mechanism)
  • Fauteuils d’enfant (for safety reasons)

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will send return authorization within 48 hours
  3. Prepare Shipment: Carefully repackage the item as received, using original packaging if possible
  4. Ship: Send to: Fauteuil Boutique – Retours, 19 Rue Daunou, Paris, FR 10980
  5. Confirmation: We’ll notify you of refund/exchange status after inspection

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed with the same precision our artisans apply to their creations:

  • Timing: 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned item
  • Method: Refunded via original payment method
  • Shipping Fees: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange for another of our distinguished creations:

  1. Follow standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate desired exchange item in your request
  3. Additional shipping charges will apply unless item is defective
